ICKWELL AREA CLASSES

The following are all Yoga for Health Foundation teachers who are continuing their classes in the Ickwell area.  The classes below are suitable for the majority of people and level of practice but several are able to offer one-to-one or special requirements. Please ask them should you have these needs.

• Some teachers may ask that you book a series of sessions.
    
• You will need  to take a suitable mat, blanket (and block if required) as these will not normally be available at the venues.
    
• Newcomers should wear loose fitting clothing and be prepared to discuss their health with the teacher to ensure the class is appropriate for them.
